The NOVELny portal is a virtual online library that affords access to thousands of articles, journals, maps, charts, research, reference materials, software offerings, and much more.
NOVELny databases recently added include:

NOVELny has a wealth of resources for students of all ages. Britannica School has access for students and educators in the following levels:

Moreover, Gale Academic OneFile contains millions of articles from more than 17,000 scholarly journals and other authoritative sources. This source also has thousands of podcasts and transcripts from NPR and CNN in addition to videos from BBC Worldwide Learning.
The resources in this portal are available to all New Yorkers without a password if one is in New York State, via a NY driver or a non-driver ID if not currently in New York State and/or a library card. Provided by the New York State Library, NOVELny connects New Yorkers to 21st century information with a variety of ways to search or browse the databases and collections.
