Plattekill Library's Teen Graphic Novels

Manga:

The simplified definition of Manga is "Japanese Comics."

Manga, in its original Japanese form, is read from right to left. However, there is also Original English Language (OEL)
manga which is published from left to right.

Here are some links to popular manga publishers:

(Any opinions expressed here are my own and not endorsed in any way by anyone.)

Tokyopop, a huge publisher of such manga as Fruits Basket, has unfortunately gone out of business.  That means everything that has been published by them will go out of print unless they sell the rights to another publisher.  Here's hoping that the publisher decides to sell off some rights, so the manga can keep being published and distributed.

If there is a particular manga that you know you want, check Barnes & Noble's site, at BN.com.
