NetLibrary Audiobooks can be downloaded to your computer (not the library computer) and to many portable devices including portable music players, portable media centers, Pocket PCs, and even select smartphone devices.

Tumblebooks 
Want to read and listen to some great children's books. You can either have the text read to you or read the pages yourself. Look for some great games. Note: you will need a Flash plugin, so look for the link to download Flash on the Tumblebooks site. A faster speed Internet connection may also be necessary.

NOVEL Some databases provided by the New York State Library, NOVELny connects New Yorkers to 21st century information. NOVELny is supported with temporary federal Library Services and Technology Act funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS). The New York Knowledge Initiative is a proposal for permanent state funding for NOVELny.
